Para quem tem o seu tempo muito limitado, os fins de semana acabam por ficar consagrados como "O tempo em que eventualmente poderemos ver um filme de fio a pavio".
Neste sentido venho desta vez recomendar-vos um novo filme de que gostei bastante.
Como alguns de vocês sabem, estive todo o fim de semana no que podemos chamar de passeio com o Secretariado Pastoral de Coimbra (SDPJ). Foram várias as atividades que realizámos de sexta até hoje e como também é necessário um tempo de descanso, decidimos ver um filme Sábado a seguir ao almoço.
Depois de muita discussão à mistura, o filme escolhido foi I Origins, de 2014. Como sempre, deixo aqui uma pequena sinopse e o trailer.
"O Dr. Ian Gray (Michael Pitt) é um cientista que pesquisa sobre a íris ocular. Obcecado por descobrir a origem da visão, ele tenta provar que o desenvolvimento do olho humano faz parte da evolução natural, e não precisaria de um "designer inteligente" - ou seja, uma figura divina para o criar. Ele trabalha com a ajuda da sua estagiária Karen (Brit Marling) e de Kenny (Steven Yeun). Um dia, ele conhece Sofi (Astrid Berges-Frisbey), e os dois apaixonam-se, apesar da diferença de convicções. A aproximação dos dois fará Ian buscar explicações além da ciência para os mistérios que o olho humano pode guardar."
Não querendo desvendar o seguimento do filme, este faz-nos também refletir na possibilidade da reencarnação e como todos os filmes de Drama e Ficção Cientifica, deixam-nos sempre com a "pulga atrás da orelha". Digam lá que não?!

He works with the help of his intern Karen (Brit Marling) and Kenny (Steven Yeun). One day, he meets Sofi (Astrid Berges-Frisbey), and both fall in love, despite differences of belief. The approach of the two makes Ian seek explanations beyond science to the mysteries that the human eye can store. "
Not wanting to unravel the action of the movie,it also makes us reflect on the possibility of reincarnation and like all the Drama and Fiction Scientific movies, always make us thinking. Don't you think?!
